Admission Process Begins

Dear Students,
The 11th Standard Online Admission Process has begun from May 26, 2025, and you have time until June 3, 2025 to complete your registration, Part 1 form, and college preference selection.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through what to do after filling Part 1 and Part 2, how colleges are allotted, and the steps you need to take once a college is allotted to you.




College Registration & Preference Selection

  • Fill and lock both Part 1 and Part 2 forms between May 26 and June 3, 2025.
  • Remember: You cannot add preferences unless Part 2 is filled and locked.

Common Student Issues

  • Payment completed but status shows "Pending"
  • Part 2 option not visible
  • Uncertainty about how to add preferences

Provisional Merit List — June 5, 2025

  • This list includes all students who applied across Maharashtra.
  • Cross-check the information you have submitted.
  • If any corrections are needed, you can make them on June 6 and 7.

Final Merit List — June 8, 2025

  • Arranged in descending order of marks.
  • Helps you understand your rank across Maharashtra.
  • Verify that all your information is correct.

Zero Round – Quota Admission — June 9, 2025

  • Students who applied under quota will see allotments.
  • If you want the college allotted under quota, click “Process to Admission.”
  • If you don’t want that college, don’t click anything — you’ll remain eligible for further rounds.

First Round Allotment Result — June 10, 2025

  • On June 10, login to your account to check which college you’ve been allotted.
  • If you wish to take admission, you must confirm it by June 18, 2025.

College Cut-Off List — June 10, 2025

  • Each college will declare its cut-off marks.
  • You can check how many marks were needed for each college.

How to Check Your Allotted College

  1. Log in with your ID and password.
  2. Click on “Check Allotment Status.”
  3. The name of the allotted college will be displayed.
  4. If you like the college, click “Process to Admission.”
  5. Upload required documents (if any).
  6. Visit the allotted college in person with original documents between June 11 to June 18, 2025 to confirm admission.

What to Do If You Don’t Want the Allotted College

  • Do NOT click on “Process to Admission.”
  • Do nothing else.
  • When the second round begins, unlock your form, change preferences, and lock the form again.

If You Are Allotted Your First Preference

  • You must take admission in the allotted college.
  • If you do not, you will become ineligible for the next round.

If You Are Allotted Your Second to Tenth Preference

  • If you don’t want to take admission, do not click “Process to Admission.”
  • Unlock the form in the next round, change your preferences, and lock again.

Vacancy List — June 20, 2025

  • Official website will release the number of vacant seats in each college.
  • Download and review the list to know where seats are available.
